Editorial Planeta receives the Gold Medal of the City of Barcelona

Last Friday, the Barcelona City Council Plenary unanimously awarded Editorial Planeta the Gold Medal of the City.
This distinction recognises its long-standing career and its contribution to the city’s leadership in the publishing world and its international presence.

The Mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, highlighted Editorial Planeta and the Planeta Group, whocelebrates its 75th anniversary this year, for their role in Barcelona’s literary capital status and ongoing commitment to the city.
